Winner, Best Low Budget SEO Campaign
Recognised internationally for organic growth in one of Europe's most competitive medical aesthetics markets. Pictured at the awards ceremony with Jamie van der Velden, our Audio and Video Director.
We are a small senior team that has done work most boutique agencies cannot point to and most large agencies cannot deliver with the same care. International awards, Fortune 500 advisory, multi-market campaigns. All of it executed by the same senior people who win the business in the first place.
Our work is calibrated for a specific kind of business. Naming who we are for, and just as importantly who we are not for, is part of the work. It saves both sides time and protects the quality of every engagement we take on.
Unnamed Project did not start as a five-service marketing agency, and it has never tried to grow into a hundred-person shop. The story is one of expanding capability while keeping the team senior, the engagements selective, and the work close to the people who actually do it.
Giomero Brand starts the agency in The Hague to give serious SEO to small and mid-sized businesses that the big agencies ignore.
The agency expands beyond the Netherlands into Germany, the UK, and other European markets. The founder-led model holds.
Recognised for the Justina Massage local SEO campaign in The Hague. First major industry validation.

Founder & CEO, Unnamed Project
Giomero kept seeing the same pattern. Genuinely good businesses with strong products and real customers were struggling financially. Not because their work was not good enough, but because worse competitors with deeper pockets were spending tens of thousands on ads every month and drowning them out.
The math felt fundamentally wrong. The better business was losing because the worse business could afford louder advertising. Unnamed Project started as a response to that pattern. The premise was simple: serious marketing strategies, brand, and content could give better businesses a way to win that did not require matching their competitors' ad budgets.
"I started Unnamed Project because I kept watching companies with genuinely better products lose to worse competitors who could outspend them on ads. The work we do is the way out of that race. Build something good, build the brand and search presence that gets people to find it, and stop renting attention from platforms that keep raising the rent."
— Giomero Brand, Founder
Five years later, the agency has grown into a senior team with five service capabilities, four-plus European markets, an award-winning campaign portfolio, and engagements that include marketing advisory for one of the world's largest hospitality operators. The team has expanded. The principle has not.
Giomero leads strategy across every engagement, working alongside a senior team rather than handing work to juniors. The agency stays deliberately sized so that promise stays real. Boutique by design, with the credentials of agencies many times our size.
Most agencies have values pages full of platitudes nobody can disagree with. We do not. These are three principles that genuinely shape every engagement we take on, and the reasons we sometimes decline work that does not align with them.
The same people who win awards do the actual work. We do not run a model where senior partners win the pitch and junior teams deliver the engagement. We stay deliberately small so the work and the talent never get separated.
We will not run a tactic we cannot tell you why we are running. Every recommendation we make can be traced back to a strategic answer. If we cannot answer the why, we will not run the what.
We turn down work that is not a fit. Before signing anyone, we look at whether the ROI is genuinely possible. If it is not, we will tell you. The clients we do take on benefit from this selectivity in ways the rest of the market never sees.
Most agency about pages skip this part because the answer is awkward. Layered account managers, slow approval cycles, monthly status decks nobody reads. Here is what working with Unnamed Project actually looks like instead.
Every engagement starts with a working session, not a 40-question form. We dig into the business, the audience, the competitive context, and the specific outcomes you actually need. The first deliverable is a clear strategy document, not an Asana board.
You get a direct line to the people doing the actual work, not an account manager funnelling questions through layers. WhatsApp, email, scheduled calls — whatever works for your team. Quick questions get quick answers, not three-day reply windows.
Strategic engagements run on a bi-weekly cadence with focused 60-minute sessions. We talk about the business decisions that matter, not the activities of the last fortnight. Reporting happens, but it does not replace strategy.
You meet the senior team in the pitch and then keep working with them. No bait-and-switch where directors close the deal and juniors deliver the engagement. The agency stays small enough that the people you trust are the people you actually work with.
We tell you when a tactic is underperforming and why. We do not bury bad numbers in flattering charts. The point of reporting is to make better decisions, which only works if the reporting is honest about what the data actually shows.
When you need to make a marketing decision before your next board meeting, you get a real answer fast. Not a report that takes two weeks. Not a deck of options without a recommendation. Senior judgement, applied to your situation, in the time you actually have.
The credentials below are useful as shorthand, but they are not the work. The work is what we ship for clients every week. The recognition is what tells the rest of the market we are doing it well.
